Management Reports
Managing the dispatch operation of a taxi company is just the beginning. To get the full value of a dispatch system, you need access to a number of productivity, customer service, radio performance and other reports.

Reports are available in Windows™ clients, HTML and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) for graphs and charts.

In addition to the standard reports, new reports can be created quickly and efficiently thanks to the flexible .NET architecture.

Viewing Reports

Quick Reports
Time critical reports are available to dispatchers and managers with a few mouse clicks. This information can be used to immediately settle disputes with drivers and customers.

Productivity Reports
Statistics are provided showing the total number of trips created by Call-Taker by day.

Trip Reports
The Trip Reports include the vehicle, driver, pickup address, trip duration and the trip distance in miles or kilometres.

GPS Reports
The GPS Reports show past vehicle history on digital maps, including vehicle direction, status and speed. In addition, you can review in text format the closest valid street addresses to each GPS event.

Customer Service Report
This report shows the average time required to assign a vehicle, load with passenger on board and clear the trip.

Radio Performance Report
The Radio Performance Report indicates the radio response time for reaching a vehicle with various messages, taking into account the need for retransmissions, etc.
