PiccoloTaxi lets you book trips for any future day and time. The system
will remember the booking and issue the trip at the correct time.
Setting Repetitive Time Calls
Repetitive Time Calls
You can easily create Repetitive Time Calls as per the example to the right.
The scheduled calls can be repeated on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis.The End
Date defines when the Repetitive Time Calls will expire.
When you modify a Repetitive Time Call, you can specify whether the modification
shall apply to a single instance or to all future occurences of the same Trip.
Holiday Lists
A powerful feature is the ability to apply Holiday Lists, for which the
Repetitive Time Call will not be activated. A good example is school trip for a
child, where the taxicab is not required for school holidays.
Preloaded Holidays
PiccoloTaxi comes preloaded with all Canadian and United States statutory
holidays until the end of 2020. You can also create your own holiday lists. |
