PiccoloTaxi is designed to help you quickly and efficiently enter new jobs.
Booking
trips in PiccoloTaxi
CallerID
Bring up the customer information by entering the phone number, or use
the automatic Caller ID feature. The phone number database is automatically updated
as you continue to run your business.
Partial Street Addresses - Name Places
You can enter partial Street Addresses or Name Places. If there are multiple
database matches, you are presented with a list from which you can select the desired
address.
MapPoint™ Integration
Thanks to the integration with Microsoft MapPoint™, trips are automatically
validated and zoned by the system. Trip locations are shown on digital maps, whether
you work with GPS or not.
Waiting Time
Call-takers see right away how busy the system is at any time. Anticipated
waiting is calculated based on the current conditions for either the system as a
whole, or specifically for a certain zone.
Accounts
Enter trips for your Accounts. Automatically display Call-taker prompts
and Driver comments by Account.
Fare Calculation
If you enter a destination address, the driving time, distance and the
fare are estimated.
Quick Search
The Book Trips page can also be used to quickly find trips in the system. |
