Accounts
Most activities in PiccoloCRM are linked to internal or external Accounts.
Accounts can have one or many Sub Accounts associated with them.
Accounts and Sub Accounts also have Contacts and Projects. You can define and add
new database fields to capture all the information required for your Accounts.
Creating Accounts
Sub Accounts
Sub Accounts can represent divisions or offices with regional responsibilities
for an Account. Users can filter information at the Account or Sub Account level.
Contacts
Contacts can belong to either an Account or a Sub Account.
Sales Pipeline and Actual Sales by Account
Forecast and actual sales can be monitored by Account or Sub Account. With
the optional Financial Module, Invoices can be created and managed within PiccoloCRM.
