Frequent Updates

per GPS update. The PiccoLocate™ service is so efficient that with a 3MB plan, you
can have more than two updates per minute (calculated over 10 hours of updates per
day, 25 days a month). For a 24/7 operation, the equivalent update rate is about
72 seconds. Not bad for around the clock monitoring!

Since PiccoLocate™ works with compatible GPS devices operating over the
cellular GSM/GPRS networks, you benefit from a very impressive coverage footprint
in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
PiccoLocate™ SVG Map
MapPoint™, SVG and Text
Vehicle location reports and updates are shown in Microsoft MapPoint™,
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) maps or described in text format. Text reports are
available in both HTML and WML format for easy access with a cell phone.
Animated Reports
For better clarity, SVG reports are available in animated format. You can
play back the vehicle movements for the day, while showing a speedometer value and
accumulated distance traveled.
Customer Locations
You can import Customer Locations from Excel™ spreadsheets. PiccoLocate
automatically measures the vehicle distance to the selected Customer Location.
You can assign one or more Customer Locations to a mobile unit. The text reports
will show the current distance to the active Customer Location. When the vehicle
leaves an active Customer Location, the next Customer Location (if one more is assigned)
will automatically become the active Customer Location.
If you wish, you can make this information available to your customer, so that they
can better anticipate the arrival of your vehicle.
